We have partnered with VNA Hospice to start helping them out with their meals on wheels program. Molding Doctors will come together in groups to deliver meals to seniors in need. VNA provides geographically compact, efficient routes for volunteers to follow. One person will be the driver and the rest will be the helpers. Drivers will receive extra MD Points for helping out. VNA will not compensate drivers for gas use. (Learn more details HERE)
The American Muslim Women Physicians Association is holding another Health Fair. Come volunteer and help to provide some basic health services and information to the community. With the high cost of health care and spiking increase of drug costs it is important to prevent diseases in the first place or detect them early. This is a great place to network with healthcare professionals, medical students and other pre medical students. Activities may include assisting with vitals and testing, assisting with registration, directing traffic or anything else that is needed. See attached flyer for more details.

(1) practice talking to real patients and
(2) learn about community health and barriers to healthcare access.
