Sree Yarlagadda - President
Sree majored in Biology and minored in Psychology. This is Sree’s 5th year as an officer; and as President, he has great aspirations of creating a unified, healthy environment for pre-medical and pre-health students where they can prosper. Outside of Molding Doctors, Sree is a Team Leader for Organic Chemistry with the Student Success Center and has tremendous love for O Chem. He was an ER Scribe for the Baylor Emergency Medical Center and volunteered at Medical City of Plano. He spends his Saturdays volunteering and managing at a free clinic. Sree aspires to be involved in Medical education so he may tackle physician burnout and suicide rates, and be a mentor to future premed, medical, and resident students.

Meet the Officers
Nandika Mansingka - Secretary
Nandika is a junior majoring in neuroscience. She’s been in MD since freshman year and is very excited to give back to her favorite org through this officer position. She is currently an EMT, volunteering with the on-campus vaccine clinic as well as off campus with a nonprofit. In addition, she works in a biology lab on campus studying alcohol related liver disease and is also a TEMRAP research associate. Outside of medicine, she is the News Editor for the school newspaper, the Mercury. She conducts interviews, writes a variety of pieces, leads workshops and designs pages for the biweekly paper. Nandika is also part of the Honors College and is a National Merit ambassador.
Smrithi Upadhyayula - Historian
Smrithi is a sophomore cognitive science major and music minor. She is also an officer of Model UN and the Medical Humanities Association as well as a member of CV council and a volunteer EMT with UEMR. She’s passionate about exploring the intersections between medicine and the arts and humanities and hopes to be an emergency physician someday. In her free time, she enjoys writing science fiction and playing the flute in Musica Nova.
Ali Alhaque - Treasurer
Ali is a senior majoring in Neuroscience. This is his 4th year being a member of Molding Doctors and he is thankful for all the guidance provided by the organization. He served as a mentee his freshman year and was a mentor for both his sophomore and junior years. Outside of Molding Doctors, He works as an EMT for a private ambulance company and is also an undergraduate RA for the SPRING lab. During his free time, Ali enjoys playing sports, working out, watching movies, and going to new restaurants.
Vrushali Pandit - Service Coordinator
Vrushali is currently a junior majoring in Neuroscience and minoring in Spanish. She is excited to serve as this year’s Service Coordinator to find meaningful volunteer opportunities for our members! Over the past year, she has worked as a scribe and volunteered as a COVID-19 contact tracer. She also currently volunteers with ACEing Autism and at a hospice care center. On campus, she’s involved as a First Year Leader for a freshman seminar class and as a Peer Tutor for general/organic chemistry. In addition to this, she participates in the TEMRAP program at UTSW. Outside of school, you can catch Vrushali at the UTD rock climbing wall in the evenings!
Ketaki Devani - Fundraising Chair
Ketaki is a sophomore majoring in Visual & Performing Arts with a concentration in Art History. She is a certified EMT who volunteers with UEMR and who works for Texas Elite to provide medical standby at concerts. She also has experience scribing at a private clinic and volunteering at hospitals. Ketaki aspires to be an OB/GYN one day, and she can often be found pursuing her passion for reading and art. Vaibhavi Joshi - Fundraising Vice Chair
Vaibhavi is a junior majoring in Neuroscience and minoring in Spanish. She is a certified EMT who works at an urgent care and is part of the TEMRAP program at UT Southwestern. She also has experience in research at a neuroscience lab at UTD, and volunteering for the Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center and the Alzheimer's Association. She is also a mentor in the Freshman Mentor Program. In her free time, she loves to draw, paint, garden, and skateboard.
Rhea Goyal - Webmaster
Rhea is currently a junior majoring in Psychology and on track to minor in Spanish. She aspires to go to medical school to pursue psychiatry, as her passion right now is in mental health and treating traditionally underserved communities. Rhea has worked as a behavior therapist for kids on the spectrum for 6 months as well as volunteered at Crisis Text Line. During the pandemic, she spent her time volunteering at local COVID vaccine and testing sites. In her free time, she loves doing art, watching Netflix, or playing with her dog. Rhea is so excited to be a part of the team for this year!
Esha Kanna - VP Internal
Esha is a sophomore majoring in Neuroscience on the Pre-Med track. She is part of the TEMRAP program at UT Southwestern and works as a Medical Screener at a plasma donation company. She is currently conducting research at the Face Perception Research Lab and has experience volunteering at Medical City hospitals. She has also shadowed in the fields of radiology, pediatrics, and neurosurgery in clinical and operating room settings. Esha aspires to be a Pediatric Neurologist and in her free time she loves singing, dancing, and playing volleyball! Jessica Hiltibrand - VP External
Jessica is currently a senior majoring in Biology and minoring in Psychology. She plans on attending medical school and eventually pursing either emergency medicine or pediatrics. Jessica aspires to bring positivity and unity to her community. In addition to her involvement with Molding Doctors, Jessica is currently conducting research in Dr. Li Zhang’s cancer lab and volunteering within her local community. Jessica has worked as an ER medical scribe and volunteered at various medical hospitals including Memorial Hermann, CHI-St Luke’s Health and HCA Healthcare. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, adventures outdoors, and spending time with family.
Shreyas Saride - VP of Service
Shreyas is a sophomore majoring in Neuroscience on the premed track. He is a certified EMT who works at a plasma donation company as a Physician Substitute. He is also part of the TEMRAP program at UT Southwestern. He has experience shadowing in hospital emergency departments and aspires to become an ER doctor. His passions lay in opening his own free clinic by the end of his undergraduate studies. In his free time, he loves playing football, watching basketball, and spending time with his family.
