Radha Upadhyaya, FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE CHAIR
Radha is a sophomore majoring in Biochemistry and hoping to minor in Latin American Studies. She plans on going to medical school to pursue Emergency Medicine or Gynecology. Or maybe Psychiatry since she is really passionate about mental health and neurological disorders. She has prior experience scribing in the emergency departments at Medical City Plano and Medical City Dallas which really helped to solidify her career choice to be a physician. She joined the Molding Doctors Fundraising Committee as a freshman and loved the feeling of doing good for the community. She is also a mentor through the Freshman Mentor Program and is a Gujarati language teacher which she does “for the culture”. Additionally, she has volunteered for organizations such as Colorful World Foundation, American Heart Association, Salvation Army, and Sandwiches for Stewpot. In her free time she loves exploring the Dallas-Fort Worth area with her friends and attempting to cook.
